Refund and Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide the best experience, but if you are not satisfied, our refund policy is as follows:
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
-The service was not delivered as promised.
-The refund request is made within 60 days of purchase.
Digital products, downloadable content, or personalized services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
2.2 Refund Process

Your Order ID.
Reason for refund request.
Supporting evidence (if applicable).
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days and credited back via the original payment method.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company as it may take some time to reflect.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide a 24 hours notice. If you miss a session without canceling or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, the policy is to deduct a minimum amount of ₹500/-
If it is possible, I will try to find another time to reschedule the appointment. If a session is rescheduled more than twice, your appointment is subject to cancellation and you will be required to book another appointment for your session. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time.
